2020 Ford F150 Raptor

Review at Delivery

We received this awesome Raptor from Texas, and upon inspection found items that occurred during a theft and quick recovery of the truck.  No damage at all to the body, but we needed to replace the driver door handle (broken to get into the truck).  Overall in great shape, but the items you would expect.  We found the spare tire missing, jack missing, floor mats missing, GPS antenna removed, horn disconnected and the radio antenna missing too.  The truck had no keys and the battery was removed also (but this was at the auction yard!).  Overall, the Raptor was near flawless externally and mechanically.  CARFAX shows no issues and value over $57,000 (CARFAX items included in photos).  Truck arrived with 49K miles only, but we drove it for 2k miles to make sure everything is just like it should be.

Repair items/Replaced items

First thing was to add 2 remote 'Raptor' Ford keys to the truck and add a new battery.  Those done, first stop was the truck tire shop for new all terrain TOYO tires on all 4 corners.  Truck drives great with new tires!

Next we found anything that was removed and replaced it.  New GPS antenna has the Nav system back to perfect.  Bullet radio antenna added as an upgrade.  We reconnected the horn (harness unplugged) added a new spare and OEM jack pack added too.  As noted above, the drivers' door handle was replaced with Factory Ford touch lock handle, and we painted to match the full area and added PPF to the underside as original too!

We found one Raptor LED trim light burned out, so replace with factory original, so all exterior lighting like new.

The bed area has a roll back/locking slide cover and locking tie downs also.  But no keys meant we had to track down tumbler codes and get new keys for all.  Both key fobs have sets of keys to all items now.  The plastic cap to the tailgate mounted raptor slide out step showed some wear, so we replaced with factory original just to make it look great.

As a precaution, we found the driver airbag had been tampered with in an attempt to steal it.  We replaced it, so all new and working as designed.

Enhancements/Other Items

Every Truck needs laser fit floor mats, so we added custom fit Husky floor liners front and back.  Otherwise, we replaced any missing item, change the oil and filter (OEM filter)  and drove the truck to check for any issues, both around town and 2, 8-hour round trip drives for a total of 3k miles to be sure the truck runs and drives great!
