This is a Texas car that had a Texas rebuilt title. Upon delivery and review we found the car in relatively good shape. Ran well, but cosmetically had minor issues throughout, including cracking on the main dash, driver headlamp fogged and mismounted. Airbag light on (not permitted with an AL rebuilt title), so we got to work and took affected parts off the car to inspect. This was a front, left driver side accident with left front fender and door replaced. We got to work!
We pulled the dash panels, changing out for LED lights while there. Replaced the surround panel with excellent used unit, checked and found airbag module was defective simply due to Dodge recall, so we got it replaced, as well as drivers side seatbelt module with NOS units. Dash now looks great and airbag issue resolved.
We removed the left and right fenders, bumper and side panels for inspection. We found the headlamp mount and lamp in unacceptable shape and the items not leveled properly or painted. We repaired the headlamp mount, properly leveled the mount area and attaching points, replace the headlamp with an NOS unit, corrected the mount bolts, corrected the fender mount, corrected any mount area with found issue with, installed passenger headlamp correctly and replaced the headlamp harness. Aligned all

We found the drivers side strut leaking so replaced it. The rest of the suspension was in good shape, so we had the car aligned after install of HRE wheels. With side panels off, we removed the stock exhaust crossovers that heat up the interior and added bellanger cat back system and insulated the system to massively reduce heat. Nice sound. After panels reinstalled, we had any viper red paint reshot or corrected as needed. Black stripes were added and custom rear black on the bumper too!
To top it off, we swapped the stock rear end, which was in fine shape, for a NEW Wavetrac unit with 3.55 gears. Now no typical gen 3 rear end issue after 40K miles, as this one is new and advertised as bulletproof!
We love doing upgrades, and in the engine compartment, we had the intake and valve covers powdercoated gloss black, w/Stainless hardware, added a single blade throttle body, Scott Performace Blue plug wires and Screamin Demon coil packs, along with a new cold air intake and carbon fiber radiator cover and custom fender bolts. Looks sweet!
The plastic dash surround was replaced, but then we go to upgrading the sound system with a new indash bluetooth audio unit, top of the line Focal speakers in the doors and dash, and upgrades to the factory sub to remove the gen 3/4 sub rattle issue and improve the sound. New NOS drivers seat was added as well as thread matched shifter/brake boots and new gloss black console/dash panels. Speeddawg Red/black striped shift knob & short throw added too. Custom carbon fiber, viper red door sills.
